The Finance Committee monitors, and makes recommendations about IGIC’s financial condition.

The IGIC Treasurer shall chair the committee.

The committee shall:

• review IGIC’s financial condition;
• advise the Treasurer on the creation of the annual budget; and
• recommend the process for conducting regular and appropriate audits of IGIC’s financial records.
