I have 19 years of experience with Nebraska/Iowa DOT’s and transportation engineering consultants, over 10 years of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) experience using ArcPro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Online, database management and web application development that includes dashboards and interactive web experiences. I have eight years of experience using Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) software to assist with automation processes and data management, performed management and quality control of the statewide crash database, crash data analysis, development of ICAT (web based Crash Analysis Tool), maintenance of intersection collision diagramming database, safety feature tracking, Highway Safety Improvement Program manual development, and project management. I have worked with the Highway Safety and Traffic Safety Improvement Programs, Key Emphasis Area analysis, Strategic Highway Safety Plan, Safety Improvement Candidate Locations analysis, and performed Roadway Safety Audits. I also served on the Iowa DOT Technical Advisory Committee for AASHTOWare Safety Analyst software, participated in the Iowa Statewide Traffic Records Coordinating Committee, and have presented at the International Traffic Records Forum.
