Midwest/Iowa Safety Data SummitThe program includes outstanding state projects and speakers from across the Midwest and beyond detailing their achievements in capturing, processing, and utilizing safety data to solve highway safety problems. The conference will cover a variety of topics, and are listed in the attached conference agenda. This will be the third major safety data conference put on by the Iowa Statewide Traffic Records Coordinating Committee since its formation in 1994, and the first such conference that is truly regional in scope.

Safety Bureau, Iowa Department of Public Safety (GTSB-IDPS), in cooperation
with other state, local, and federal safety partners, for the Midwest/Iowa Safety Data Summit to be held September 15-16, 2008 at the Grand River Center in Dubuque, Iowa! The conference is intended not only for highway safety and data specialists at the state level, but also for their city and county counterparts within traffic law enforcement, highway engineering, injury prevention and emergency medical services, university researchers, federal partners, and other stakeholders. the end of July. Plan to join us on September 15-16, 2008 in Dubuque, Iowa!
