Micah Cutler
I am currently the GIS Coordinator for Hardin and Franklin Counties. I have been working in county government since 2000. I have been actively involved in statewide GIS issues for several years now and advocate strongly for counties. I am a member of the Iowa Counties Information Technology organization (ICIT), an affiliate of the Iowa State Association of Counties (ISAC). I serve as a county sector representative on the IGIC Board and sit as Secretary on the Executive Committee. My educational background includes a B.A. in Geography and Earth Science from the University of Northern Iowa and a M.s. in Geography from the University of South Carolina.
