Lawrence Hartpence
I have been the GIS Coordinator for Jasper County since 2000. I was involved in the GIS program at Jasper County from the ground level. The GIS Department is embedded in the Planning and Zoning Department. I am responsible for database and system design. My coworker maintains a majority of the data editing.
