Draft Objective 11

Increase participation in the state geospatial data clearinghouse. This can be done by encouraging IGIC partners to complete metadata for primary (NSDI framework) datasets. Metadata will be constructed using current geospatial metadata standards. Metadata expertise within IGIC members can be used to assist members in without current standards compliant metadata and publishing.
