Draft Objective 8

Increase participation in the IGIC Resource Guide. Identify GIS and IT expertise among IGIC members who are willing to act as resource guide facilitators. Encourage identified resource experts to participate in the IGIC Resources Guide or other mechanism for transferring expertise.
