Amendments of Bylaws

Section 1 Amendments
 
The IGIC Board has the power to repeal or amend these bylaws and to adopt additional bylaws.  Bylaw amendments may be executed at any meeting of IGIC; provided that notice, at least 15 days prior to the meeting, has first been given to IGIC with a full description of issue(s) to be discussed / amended. Amendments to these bylaws may be amended by a 2/3 affirmative vote of all Board members.
